The Prairie Fibreshed Network will be hosting Interactive Demonstrations of Fibre Preparation Techniques at Biggar Fibre Fair 2025 on June 14.
– Come and see how fluff turns into yarn and cloth, and give it a try!
– There will be carders to prepare wool for spinning and felting.
– We’ll have spindles and spinning wheels, and a weaving loom.
– Bring your own spindle, wheel, needles or hooks, and relax with a craft break.
– We’ll have information about Natural Fibres and the Prairie Fibreshed, too.
